What happens after our agreement ends? Your
agreement can be extended to quarterly visits or as
needed visits that you and Roz determine that you
want.
"I

giving of your time, talent and energy
to dentistry. You ongoingly work to
help anyone you can. Well Done."

What happens if I have Team issues along the way?
During the time you are under contract with Making
a Difference…..Today! Roz can assist you with
ad development, placement, resume screening, telephone
interviewing, testing for personality and aptitude,
and reference checking at no additional cost. If a
new employee is introduced to the team, Roz will provide
them with her training manual. In addition, she recommends
that you video our training sessions for their review
as well as yours. If there is an interpersonal situation,
Roz is available to the client for support.
3.
I feel like I need to get my team in order first.
What do you think? Would you not agree that
you will never have your team” in order”
as the average rate of turnover in dentistry is every
18 months? Remember it is the “systems”
that run your practice and the sooner you have the
systems in place, the sooner you will reap the benefits.
4.
Based on your years of experience helping dentists
what can I do to make sure this will work for me?
Keep the lines of communication open with Roz. She
provides telephone meeting support calls and she is
always available via e-mail. It is important to keep
the momentum moving forward for you and your team.
5.
What separates you apart from other “dental
consultants”? I have been involved
in every aspect of dentistry for over 25 years. I
do not have a cookie cutter approach nor do I discriminate
against consulting with only certain types of practice’s
or philosophies. My suggested action plan for a practice
is based on your patient’s relationship within
the practice, the geographic location, the doctor’s
vision and the personality type of the doctor/owner.
I am a system analyzer, performing a “comprehensive
exam” the same as you and providing and executing
a recommended results driven treatment plan.
6.
How long will it take to get me results?
How hard are you willing to work to get the results?
If everyone does what they ought to be doing with
the action plan, the results will happen almost immediately.
