End
of the Year letter
This should have been sent July 30, sorry that I
am late getting this to you to use.
Come the Fall season, we seem to want to get “end
of the year” letters out to our patients when
in reality, that type of letter should really be sent
right after the 4th of July. Sorry that I too did
not get one to you to use until now. Better late than
not! Send one out now if you want to fill your schedule
to the end of the year.
Here is an example of an “End of the Year”.
This can be printed on Fall holiday stationary paper
for very little cost right in your office.
Can you believe that time is running out for 2006?
According to our records, did you know that you have
not yet used your dental care benefits for the year
2006? This benefit is provided by your insurance company
and your employer and it must be used between January
1st and December 31st of each calendar year and does
not rollover into the next year, were you aware of
this timeframe?
We have provided gentle dental care for you in the
past, we are looking to providing this same great
care to you that you want and deserve.
There are only a few months left before your current
benefits expire! Please call our office for your appointment
today after receiving this letter as we want to get
you scheduled for a time that is going to work for
your busy schedule. Did you know that Mondays and
Thursday we are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Tuesday
and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm?
Don’t forget, your spouse and children are
also welcomed here as well for their dental care and
they too have benefits to use and those as well do
not rollover. We can try to arrange for their appointments
on the same day as yours if needed.
We are looking forward to seeing you soon.
Sincerely yours,
The Dental Team of Michael Feelgood, DDS
